Camping Le Pré Catalan offers a range of accommodation and bare pitches to suit all budgets. However, it is not VACAF approved.

The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities and may be increased by an additional tax levied by the département. It varies widely depending on the municipality, which sets the amount, the persons liable (adults) and the collection periods. The amount of the provision for tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years of age is included in the price of the stay when the tax is charged at a flat rate.
Cancellation insurance covers all cancellations that are not your fault.

Take exit 40 towards Salses le Château/Port Leucate/Leucate and follow the D627 towards the D83 at Leucate.
Continue on the D83 towards Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque and take exit 9 towards Canet-en-Roussillon/Torreilles/Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque to leave the D83.

If you are staying on a bare pitch, you can set up on your pitch from 1pm. You must leave before 12 noon.
If you are renting, you can collect your keys from 4pm to 11pm. You must leave before 10am.
If you arrive before 4pm, you can check in at reception from 11am. You can use all the campsite services (restaurant, snack bar, bar, swimming pool, etc.) while waiting for your keys.

Le Barcarès beach is 1.5 km from the campsite. You can get there on foot, by bike, by car (free parking) and by mini-train (July/August).
The beach at l'Embouchure (Le Barcarès) is pet-friendly. So you can bring your four-legged friends.
Just 5 minutes from the campsite, you'll find a shopping area with Intermarché, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets.
You'll also find bakeries, garages, a technical inspection centre, a sports hall, a petrol station, etc.
The campsite has a grocery shop. You'll find: bakery, souvenirs, local products, drinks, essentials, games and fruit and vegetables.

There is a security guard at the campsite entrance from 9pm to 6am in July and August. If you have any problems, please contact reception or the bar. We will get the necessary people to help you find a solution.

Pets are allowed on pitches and in accommodation (or category 1 and 2).
On the campsite, they must be kept on a lead, must not be left alone (unsupervised) and their waste must be collected.

Washing machines and tumble dryers are operated using tokens on sale in the grocery shop. Sachets of washing powder are provided free of charge with the purchase of your tokens.
Only one vehicle is included in the booking price. A supplement of €5 per day will be charged for any other vehicle.

For all stays in accommodation, an inventory of fixtures must be carried out before 10am on the day of your departure. You do not need to make an appointment; simply report to reception when you are ready.
For any stay in a pitch, it is not necessary to carry out an inventory of fixtures, except when renting a fridge.
For early departures, before reception opens, you can leave your key in the campsite letterbox. We will draw up the inventory of fixtures without your presence and we will contact you for the destruction of your deposit.
The campsite gates close between 11pm and 7am. If you wish to leave after 11pm or before 7am, you can leave your vehicle in the car park at the campsite entrance. You can then use the pedestrian gate to leave at the time you wish.
It is possible to leave the campsite early, but no refund will be made. You can only claim a refund from cancellation insurance if this was taken out at the time of booking, and depending on the reason for early departure.

The campsite does not have a spa. However, there are whirlpool baths in the swimming pool.

There are 3 sanitary blocks on the campsite, all with individual cabins.
These blocks are made up of shower cubicles, toilets, dishwashing sinks and laundry sinks.
Grey water can be emptied in a dedicated area in the car park behind the volleyball court.
For all accommodation bookings, a deposit of €200 is required on arrival by credit card, cheque or cash. This will be returned after you have checked out.
For pitches, only fridge hire requires a deposit of €150 on arrival by card, cheque or cash.
Cleaning is not included in the accommodation. It is possible to add this €99 supplement up to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability.
This service includes end-of-stay cleaning of your accommodation, with the exception of crockery (clean and tidy), rubbish bins (emptied and disposed of) and the plancha when included.
Television is included in the 4-flower accommodation and in the 3-flower Abricotier cottage. It is also possible to hire and install a television through our service provider. Contact details can be provided at reception.
Blankets and pillows are provided in all our rentals.
Bedsheets and towels are provided in the 4-flower accommodation.

The number of people that can stay in the accommodation depends on the type of accommodation.
Our accommodation can accommodate 2 people, 4 people or 6 people maximum.
Babies are considered to be people in their own right, and are therefore counted in the same way as an adult.
For safety and insurance reasons, all requests must go through reception and must not exceed the accommodation's capacity, i.e. the maximum number of people authorised in your accommodation.
Only the Cottage Amandier is not air-conditioned. All our other accommodation is air-conditioned.
